  • If you are a first-time buyer who would like to realize the dream of homeownership, Daniels FirstHome Deposit Program could be just what you need to purchase your first home at the Wesley Tower in the Daniels City Centre!
  • The 3-step Daniels 10% FirstHome Deposit Program:
    1. You will need to provide a $5,000 deposit upon signing your Agreement of Purchase and Sale – this is your Initial Deposit.
    2. 30 days after you sign your Agreement of Purchase and Sale, you will top up your Initial Deposit to a total of 5% of the purchase price of the home you have purchased.
    3. 120 days after you sign your Agreement of Purchase and Sale is when Daniels’ Gradual Deposit Payment Plan kicks in. Starting on the 120th day from when you signed your Purchase Agreement, you will provide monthly installments of just $1,000 until you reach 5% of your purchase price or your occupancy date. If by the occupancy date you have not accumulated 5% of your purchase price in deposits (in addition to the initial 5%), then you will top up this amount to a total of 10% of the purchase price on your occupancy date.
  • How to qualify:
      Neither you nor your spouse own a home in Canada.
      You must currently be renting and present a bona fide, active lease.
